Tips for a QR code that scans first time

- Test the link in a private browser window to confirm it is public.
- Keep the same file address when you update the document.
- Avoid confidential files. Anyone with the link can open the document.
PDF QR Code FAQ
Do you store my PDF?
No. Qrenzo does not upload or store files. The QR code simply contains the public link you provide.
Why do I need a public link?
Phones that scan the code need to open the file without signing in. Private files and local addresses will not work, so Qrenzo rejects them.
Can I replace the PDF later?
Yes, if you replace the file at the same link. The printed QR code keeps working because it only contains the link.
Does this QR code expire, and can I track scans?
No expiry. Qrenzo creates static QR codes: your link or text is encoded directly in the code, so it keeps working for as long as the destination does. Because nothing passes through our servers, there is no scan tracking or subscription.
